Nicole Lipkin, Psy.D., M.B.A.

Nicole Lipkin, PsyD, MBA is a business and organizational psychologist and the President of Equilibria Leadership Consulting.  She is also the founder of Equilibria Psychological and Consultation Services, a group psychology practice, also based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.  She is the co-author of the popular business and management book, “Y in the Workplace: Managing the “Me First” Generation”, which was released by Career Press in 2009. She is a sought after speaker, consultant and coach who has been retained by organizations such as the American Academy of Osteopathic Surgeons, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the UK's City Security and Resilience Networks (CSARN), Security Watch India (SWI) in New Dehli, LatinNext and HR Academy in Brazil, Terrorism Information New York Group (TINY-G), the American Society of Training and Development, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and The Boys and Girls Club of America.  She is a regular keynote speaker at professional conferences. 

In general,  Nicole works with leaders and their organizations to improve management and leadership skills, strengthen the leadership pipeline and develop sustainable organizational behaviors and practices.  She is a firm believer that companies which understand the importance of developing their future leaders will find themselves in the best organizational standing when those currently in charge pass the baton to the next generation of capable leaders. She developed Young Talent RPM®, an intensive program focused on organizational engagement, management and leadership development strategies for the next generation of leaders and those that are charged with developing them.

In her capacity as a leadership coach, business/organizational consultant & training facilitator, she combines understanding of the symbiotic nature of the workplace with each individual’s greatest assets to produce optimal personal, professional, and organizational performance.

A regular contributor to the US print and broadcast community, Nicole has been featured on NPR, NBC, CBS, Fox Business News, Investor’s Business Daily, and numerous other national and international media outlets.  She received a doctorate in clinical psychology (Psy.D.), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Master of Criminal Justice (MACJ) at Widener University. She also received her Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach Certification and Certified Professional Coach Certification through the industry-leading College of Executive Coaching. Nicole is licensed as a psychologist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is the President of Philadelphia Society of Clinical Psychologists and a member of the International Coaching Federation, American Psychological Association, and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.  Nicole is a board member of the Independence Arts Studio, an Advisory Council Member of CSARN in the UK and a volunteer management consultant for the Council of Business Volunteers for the Arts.
